Choose a range
Compare 7, 14, 30, or 90 days and review change versus the preceding matching period.
Read the report
Review messages, active members, joins, leaves, retention, voice minutes, commands, activity trends, and health indicators.
Find contributors
Inspect top members, channels, voice activity, command usage, peak times, and participation distribution.
Schedule reports
Choose a Discord channel plus weekly or monthly delivery and preview what staff will receive.

Download daily, member, or channel analytics as CSV without exporting message contents.

How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1Bot listeners
Increment daily server, member, and channel aggregates as qualifying events occur.
- 2Dashboard
Loads the selected window, the preceding comparison, trends, rankings, and health indicators.
- 3Scheduled report
Posts the configured summary to Discord when due.
- 4Export
Streams server-only aggregate rows after entitlement and admin checks.
Example
Compare the latest 30 days to the previous 30, inspect retention and active-member movement, then review top channels and voice participation before exporting.

Things to know
Metrics are aggregated; Analytics is not intended to archive private message contents.
Troubleshooting
Analytics was disabled, the bot was offline, or no qualifying activity occurred in the selected range.
The previous matching period has no qualifying data.
No tracked activity was aggregated for that entity during the selected range.
Import it as comma-separated data in the spreadsheet application.
