Getting started

Build the campaign

Set prize, copy, sponsor, terms link, images, duration, winner count, and destination.

Set eligibility

Require a role, NightCrew level, account age, or server-membership age.

Reward supporters

Give a selected role extra weighted entries while still selecting unique winners.

Operate live

Monitor verified entries, extend time, end early, or cancel from the dashboard.

Close and reroll

NightCrew records winners, optionally sends DMs, excludes previous winners when configured, and supports rerolls.

Troubleshooting

No winner is selected

No eligible non-bot entries remained after role, level, and age checks.

Giveaway does not end

Confirm the bot stayed online and the giveaway module remained enabled.

An entry is rejected

Review the member's required role, NightCrew level, account age, and server join date.

A reroll repeats someone

Disable repeat winners before launch; earlier winner IDs are excluded from the reroll pool.
