Automation
Social Notifications
Automatically post creator live alerts for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook, TikTok, or another provider.
Getting started
Choose detection
Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok use automatic live checks. Facebook requires a Page ID and Page access token. Other providers use the secured webhook shown after creation.
Identify the creator
Enter a Twitch/Kick username, a YouTube channel ID beginning with UC, or a Facebook Page ID. Add the public profile URL as the Watch Live fallback.
Live role
Give the streamer a role while live
Required title word
Both filters must match. Games: comma-separated exact names. Matching ignores case.
Design the alert
Customize the title, message, embed color, footer, and button using {creator}, {platform}, {title}, {url}, {category}, and {viewers}.
Choose delivery
Select a primary channel, optional additional channels, an opt-in notification role, link buttons, and an optional live discussion thread.
Verify it
Create the feed, use Send test to verify Discord permissions, then Check now to verify the platform connection and review its health status.
Keep it running
The worker checks for due feeds every 10 seconds, accepts instant provider webhooks, groups multistream alerts, updates every delivered copy, and records one notification per broadcast.

How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1NightCrew
Loads active feeds every 30 seconds using database leases so only one bot process handles a feed.
- 2Provider
Checks supported endpoints and registers native Twitch EventSub or YouTube WebSub callbacks where configured.
- 3Security
Supports timestamped HMAC signatures, a five-minute freshness window, unique webhook receipts, and replay rejection.
- 4Queue
Persists failed deliveries, applies exponential backoff, recovers stale jobs, and moves exhausted work to a visible dead-letter state.
- 5Quota
Staggers checks and automatically backs off individual providers when quota or rate-limit responses occur.
- 6Operations
Diagnose, simulate the full lifecycle, retry, clone, import, export, back up, restore, and delete retained history.
- 7Analytics
Tracks delivery health, conversion clicks without IP addresses, peak viewers, stream hours, platform performance, and CSV export.
- 8Plans
Enforces feed, destination, history, and monitoring limits for the server's active subscription.
Example
Twitch creator xNightAce, identifier xNightAce, public URL https://twitch.tv/xNightAce, #live-alerts, Twitch Live role, red embed, and title `🔴 {creator} is live!`.

Things to know
Treat Facebook Page tokens and secured webhook URLs like credentials. Never paste them into public channels, screenshots, or support tickets.
Troubleshooting
Add the platform application credentials to the NightCrew host and restart the correct process.
Correct the creator identifier or supply the required Facebook Page token.
Credentials, quota, provider availability, or permissions prevented a check; read the health detail.
Grant View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, and role-mention permission in the selected channel.
Feed is deleted, paused, or the URL is incomplete.
The secret is wrong; use the complete generated URL.
Reuse of the same stream_id or event_id is intentionally acknowledged without reposting.
Common questions
How does TikTok detection work?+
Enter an @username or full account URL. NightCrew checks TikTok's public live-room status and keeps the secured webhook as a fallback.
Why did it not post twice?+
NightCrew stores the stream or event ID and intentionally suppresses duplicate alerts.
What does Platform setup required mean?+
The NightCrew host is missing that platform's API credentials; a server administrator cannot fix global credentials from their dashboard.
