Request time away and review staff availability.

Updated October 21, 20261 min read

Getting started

1

Choose staff roles

Open Staff Absences and select the roles that may request time away. Members with Manage Server also qualify.

2

Submit a request

Use the dashboard form or /absence request with UTC start and end times and a reason. Overlapping requests are rejected.

3

Review requests

A manager approves or declines the request with an optional note. Another manager must review your own request.

4

Cancel or return

Use /absence cancel or the dashboard to cancel an approved or pending absence. Dates show when the absence ends; roles are not removed.
