Events & RSVPs
Manage Discord scheduled events, member interest, recurrence, and reminders.
Getting started
Synchronize events
Refresh the event list to load the current Discord state before editing.
Build the event
Choose the name, description, timezone, start, location or channel, and supported recurrence. Review the local draft before publishing.
Configure reminders
Select a reminder channel and offsets. Confirm that NightCrew can send there before enabling reminders.
Manage the lifecycle
Inspect interested members and use the available start, complete, or cancel actions. If Discord changed since you opened the editor, refresh before editing again.

How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1Staff
Creates a draft and publishes explicitly.
- 2Discord
Maintains the scheduled event and interested-member list.
- 3NightCrew
Synchronizes events and sends due reminders.
Example
Choose the supported weekly recurrence, verify the timezone, publish to Discord, and confirm interested members and reminder delivery.
Permissions
