Embed Builder
Design and publish Discord announcements with live previews.
Getting started
Choose a channel
Select the Discord destination.
Build
Add message content, title, description, color, author, footer, timestamp, image, thumbnail, multiple fields, and link buttons.
Use the editor
Reorder fields and buttons, insert Discord and custom emoji, use variables, and watch character limits while editing.
Preview
Switch preview widths and review links, spacing, media, inline fields, and mobile readability.
Reuse
Save templates, duplicate previous designs, import or export JSON, and reopen published messages for editing.
Publish or update
NightCrew verifies the destination belongs to the selected server, then creates or edits the Discord message.
Settings reference
Use this reference when you need to check what a setting does.
Plain message outside the embed; useful for role mentions.
Primary embed text.
Left accent border as a six-digit hexadecimal value.
Small identity line at the top.
Named content blocks displayed inline or full width.
Small upper-right art or full-width lower media.
Small source or brand line at the bottom.
Link buttons with labels and public HTTPS destinations.
How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1Editor
Updates the live preview immediately.
- 2Publisher
Validates required values and active-server channel.
- 3Discord
Receives content, embed data, media, and components.
Example
Use content to ping @Updates, title `Community Update`, a short summary, three non-inline fields, red accent, NightCrew footer, and a Website link button.
Permissions

Troubleshooting
Keep title, description, field, and total embed text within Discord limits.
Only public http:// or https:// link URLs are supported.
Confirm the server selector and channel dropdown immediately before publishing.
