Member Profiles
A searchable member directory with public activity profiles and permission-aware staff context.
Getting started
Refresh the directory
Open Member Profiles and sync members. Large servers load in pages, with the bot continuing synchronization.
Find a member
Search by display name, username, or Discord ID and use the bot filter and pagination.
Inspect public activity
Open a profile for server membership, available leveling activity, rank, and earned level rewards. Missing activity is shown without inventing a score.
Respect staff boundaries
Private staff information depends on dashboard access. The public /profile command never includes staff records.
Settings reference
Use this reference when you need to check what a setting does.
Members of the selected server, shown in pages. Use Refresh if someone is missing.
Updates member details from Discord.
Available leveling, rank, and earned reward information.
Private information restricted by dashboard permissions.
How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1NightCrew

- 3Member
Uses /profile for public information only.
Example
Find a member by Discord ID and review the information your dashboard role allows before handling their support request.
Permissions

- Appropriate dashboard section access
Discord commands
/profileView a public server profile; optionally select a memberTroubleshooting
