Server management
Game Servers
Display FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, Pterodactyl, or generic API status.
Getting started
Choose a platform
Select FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, Pterodactyl, or Generic JSON API.
Enter the address
For FiveM, Minecraft, or Rust, enter the public server IP/hostname and query port. Panel integrations use an HTTPS endpoint.
Design the embed
Choose the title, description, color, image, thumbnail, footer, restart text, and link buttons.
Choose delivery
Select a status channel and refresh interval. NightCrew creates one persistent message and edits it automatically, with a five-minute interval if you select it.
Configure operations
Set outage thresholds, recovery alerts, maintenance mode, restart reminders, player milestones, full/empty alerts, and optional public status access.
Test
Use Check now or /server-status and confirm state, player count, latency, connect command, version, and uptime.
Review reliability
Use uptime history, player trends, incident history, delivery health, and diagnostics to investigate failures.
Back up your settings
Export a backup before large changes; imported or restored connections stay safe until reviewed.
Settings reference
Use this reference when you need to check what a setting does.
Selects the correct FiveM HTTP, Minecraft Java, Rust Source, or panel query protocol.
Public address queried by NightCrew; common ports are filled by platform.
Destination containing one persistent auto-updating embed.
Title, copy, colors, media, footer, restart label, connect address, and link buttons.
Five minutes by default, with one-minute through hourly options.
How it works
Here’s what happens once you’ve finished setup.
- 1Monitor
Queries the public IP and port on schedule.
- 2Normalize
Converts each game's response into status, players, capacity, latency, version, and uptime.
- 3Update
Edits the existing Discord message rather than posting a new one.
- 4Incident
Posts a separate outage or recovery alert after the failure threshold is met.
Example
Choose FiveM, enter the public IP and port 30120, select #server-status, add the F8 connect address, then customize and save the embed.
Permissions
- Send Messages
- Embed Links
- Read Message History
- Public game-server query access
Discord commands
/server-statusShow live status for a connected server/server-listList every connected game serverThings to know
Use read-only credentials. A status integration should never receive delete, file, console-write, or billing permissions.
Troubleshooting
Confirm the public query port is open and reachable from outside the game host.
Confirm you entered the query port, which may differ from a provider's management-panel port.
Grant View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Read Message History, then use Check now.
